By purchasing, accessing, or interacting with SWM, the Higher Places – Music NFT, WOLF Machine, WOLF Wallets, or the WOLF Wallet Portal, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Ownership

You own your created WOLF Wallet after purchase and you own your Higher Places – Music NFT metadata and edition number title. You do not own the underlying song, artwork, or intellectual property. Ownership of the NFT allows access to unlockable content, including but not limited to music, lyrics, and other exclusive materials.

2. License

By holding this NFT, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to access and enjoy the included content. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission from SWM.

 

3. Unlockable Content

This NFT may include unlockable content delivered via Dropbox. WOLF Machine & SWM make no guarantees about ongoing availability of services and are not liable for unforeseeable platform terms or changes. Please download your items after purchase.

 

4. Royalties on Resale

You hold the right to sell your NFT at any time. WOLF Machine & SWM may collect royalties on secondary sales of the NFT. By purchasing, you agree to comply with the resale terms set by WOLF Machine and the Solana smart contract.

 

5. Not Financial Advice

This NFT, WOLF Machine, WOLF Wallets, and the WOLF Wallet Portal are intended solely as creative, collectible, and functional tools for access and ownership. No statement made by SWM or WOLF Machine should be interpreted as financial advice.

6. WOLF Wallets Use

WOLF Wallets are self-custodied, cold wallets generated offline and privately within user browsers using proprietary, unscrambleable technology. We never see or store your seed phrase. Keep it written and stored safely offline. WOLF Machine & SWM are not liable for any loss of wallet access or assets resulting from misplaced or exposed seed phrases. Always handle with care and use only on verified WOLF Machine trusted sites and browsers.

7. WOLF Wallet Portal Use

The WOLF Wallet Portal provides a secure interface to view balances, NFTs, and send SOL directly from your WOLF Wallet. It runs locally in your browser with no tracking, storage, or transmission of wallet data. To protect your keypair (wallet + seed phrase), always use the WOLF Wallet Portal through standard mobile or desktop browsers. WOLF Machine & SWM cannot secure or guarantee privacy inside mobile wallet-provider browsers (e.g., Phantom's URL browser).

8. WOLF Machine System

WOLF Machine is a first-of-its-kind, fully autonomous music NFT minting system — built to scale and last. It serves as the next evolution of the CD barcode for digital music distribution and sales tracking — a self-sustaining blockchain framework powering WOLF Wallet creation, NFT purchases, minting, unlockables-email delivery, the WOLF Wallet Portal to view balances, and the Lost & Found for confirmation-email recovery.

Along with a robust backend logging and encryption system, WOLF Machine operates under strict security — safeguarded by full HTTPS protection, zero tracking, and no third-party keystroke or data collection of any kind, with multi-layer verification ensuring every transaction and mint is secure and tamper-resistant.

 

For best security, do not use the Create WOLF Wallet or WOLF Wallet Portal pages inside mobile wallet-provider browsers (e.g., Phantom’s URL browser). You can, however, safely use the Connect Wallet page within those browsers to connect to their existing wallet. WOLF Machine remains fully decentralized and self-sustaining, protecting user privacy at every level. 

WOLF Machine & SWM maintain strict protection across all standard desktop and mobile browsers but are not liable and cannot secure or guarantee privacy within third-party apps and wallet-provider browsers.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SWM, WOLF Machine, WOLF Wallets, or the WOLF Wallet Portal signifies acceptance of any updates.
